Systec Group has a long history of supplying top quality vacuum equipment for a variety                                                                   of applications in a variety of industries. 
As a part of the group, Systec SVS Vacuum Coating specializes in vacuum processing
using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technologies. Our excellence in the PVD field
originates from two sources: firstly, acquisition of one of the leading firm specializing in
PVD technologies and equipment and, secondly, our own experience with design,
manufacture and operating of advanced PVD coating machinery. Systec SVS makes
every effort to stay at the cutting edge of the modern vacuum deposition technologies,
both in terms of equipment design and coating technologies development.

Our core competencies are:

• Design and manufacture of advanced coating systems for PVD processing,
  including batch and in-line coaters;
• Hands-on experience with all major PVD deposition methods (UBM and HIPIMS
  sputtering, cathodic arc, e-beam) as well as with PECVD/PACVD processing;
• Production of advanced decorative PVD coatings in a variety of colours with a
  focus on complex tints like blue, brown and others;
• Production of new generation of Diamond Like Carbon coatings (NoveLC) using
  HIPIMS and A-UBM technologies;
• Production of ‘seed’ conductive layers on various plastics for subsequent
  treatment (PVD, electroplating and others) with Systec proprietary VALICO® and
  PLASCO® processes;
• Production of combination Lacquer-PVD-Lacquer coatings on plastics to replace
  electroplating processes;
• Customized surface solutions for specialized applications;
